Records123 is a medical records system is designed to meet family practitioners' need for a documentation system that is quick, easy and efficient.

The Records123 template system is composed of over 35 two-sided paper templates that are logically arranged. Some are symptom based (Headache) and some deal with known diagnoses (Diabetes). All templates have similar layouts, making them consistent and simple to use.

When you purchase, you will receive all of the personalized templates with your name and business information. Your office staff will then be authorized to make copies of all these templates as necessary for your use. You will also receive a brief instructional manual and two metal 24-bin displaying racks.
