View Templates

Each template (with a few 1-page exceptions) is a double-sided sheet of paper with specific information related to that particular patient's complaint or diagnosis. Templates are logically arranged and have similar layouts. The history is first, the physical exam in on the back, and the impression and plan are on the front lower right side. The consistence of the templates make them very easy to use. Their use is absolutely intuitive and simple.
